Local and remote support |
- Local - We provide onsite service
in the greater Sacramento, Sierra Foothills, Modesto, Stockton,
Dixon, and Davis areas.
- Remote - We have two methods of
connecting to your
computer or network anywhere in the world.
- The most common method is for you to start a
support session by clicking on the "Request Support" link
found on the menu bar. With this type of session, you can
watch us work and at anytime take back control of your
system.
- The second method is when
customers request changes after normal business
hours. In these cases, a remote
access client is preloaded on the computer and we connect at
a time convenient to your business.

Backup solutions for data or hardware |
- Backup solutions vary by needs and what data or hardware is
needed within 0 hrs, 5 hrs, 24 hrs, etc. of a failure. We have some customers that backup local external hard drives, and others
that backup over the We can advise with you what is needed and affordable.

Network design and installation |
- Many small businesses start with
one computer and printer, but as they grow they find
themselves needing shared files and printers, as well as
increased access to email and the Internet. We can design and install a cost effective network that meets
your needs, but is scalable – allowing for easy,

Data recovery from hard
drives and CD ROMs

you connect to the Internet, you should have security
measures in place to protect your business and customer information from external threats or even internal
ones.
- We will meet with you and discuss your security concerns and provide you with options
and the costs for those options.

Most name-brand computers have a service life of 3-5 years.
If your equipment is in a dusty location, we can give advice on how to take preventive
measure to ensure well-functioning
hardware.

We recommend that you purchase name brand systems with at
least 1 year on-site warrantee support desktops and 3
year on-site warrantee support for laptops.

If you have an out of warrantee hardware failure, we can
do the repair for you and in some cases talk you through it over
the phone ( YES … it has been done successfully! )

few, simple guidelines to consider :
- Purchase a system with XP Professional
(not XP Home Edition).
- Purchase a name brand system.

experience with other products
- Get at least 1 year on-site warrantee support for all desktops
and 3 year on-site warrantee support for laptops
- Stay away from generic, discount computers or a local vendor
that offers “custom” built computers. Even though these may
be bargain priced, your long term costs and headaches will out-weigh the cost of a name brand purchase
